In 1993, Cambodia was on the brink of an economic awakening. While others waited to see what would happen, I knew we had to lay the groundwork ourselves. We started AZ Group in a small city outside the capital with a singular conviction. If you believe in a country's future, you have to build it. Anticipating the rapid expansion ahead, we moved our headquarters to Phnom Penh. The goal was never to simply participate in the nation's growth but to act as a catalyst for it.

Over thirty years, that initial drive transformed AZ Group from a local operation into a diversified powerhouse. We expanded aggressively into real estate, construction, hospitality, and technology. We knew that true growth meant elevating Cambodian enterprise to international standards. By securing the right global partners at exactly the right moments, we built a network of businesses capable of delivering world-class results and strengthening the domestic market.

Today, the global economy moves faster than ever, and our ambitions have scaled to match.
