AZ Builders pioneered the public-private partnership model in Cambodia with the National Road 4 Build-Operate-Transfer concession — 230 kilometres of all-weather highway between Phnom Penh and the deep-water port of Sihanoukville, delivered ahead of schedule. Today the same team carries roads, bridges, civil works and port-adjacent infrastructure for national and municipal clients.
